In today video we head to the Colorful Stage! The Movie: A Miku Who Can’t Sing UK Premiere Event at the BFI Imax in London this is Hatsune Miku first ever anime movie and 2nd anime (she a main character in that odd robot train show that had a cross over with evangelion no its real look it up). The wonderful people at anime limited put on a wonderful event the vune that a huge miku cut out to have photos with and a load of poster for the movie.

Somone bought a cool miku doll

Dont know what I was thinking with that wig

Soon it was time to head in and the cinema was full of miku and Colorful Stage! fans tickets had sold out way ahead of time so it was a full house and the place was buzzing people even bought light sticks to use due in the songs my freind at the back send me a video of how cool it looked

So what did I think of Colorful Stage! The Movie: A Miku Who Can’t Sing before I say what I think, I got to sit down with my good freind Harriett aka mangagirl after she had play the app colorful stage and really enjoyed seen the cast of colorful stage come to life on the big screen, but said if you not played colorful stage you would like get a bit lost in but as a colorful stage fan enjoyed the movie.

I come into this as a anime boomer yes I love vocaloid I play a lot of project diva in the past and have enjoy mean other vocaloid and miku media project, sadly I not had the time to get into colorful stage all my app time has gone to Pretty Derby, so I really dont know anything about the colorful stage cast and sadly the colorful stage movie really just drops you into the deep end I really wish they had pick a cast member to be a main character and have the rest as a supporting roll and it was easy to lose track of characters throw this movie, I will say I did enjoy the musicals numbers but wish they was more spoted around the movie most happen right at the end it was enjoyble anytime the vocaloid cast was around and wish we had more Vocaloid in this movie. I think if they is a other colorful stage anime project I hope for a tv anime this mean the cast can be more flesh out with more episode and could see it beacome a other gacha game to anime hit just like love live and Umamusume.

So do I recommend Colorful Stage! The Movie: A Miku Who Can’t Sing for a fan of Colorful stage yes you really likely really enjoy this movie and seening the colorful stage cast come to life on the big screen, but for you people like me who yet to play colorful stage this is not a great jumping in point and recommend doing some research do the Colorful stage cast before heading into this movie.
